How to become a Self Access Park (SAP) Staff
If you would like to become a SAP staff, send your CV to staff(at)lang.edu.uec.ac.jp
State your name, email, phone number, your availability (day of week), and which work you would like to support from the job description below. You can apply for multiple staff positions.
1. Seminar: Self-Access Park Headquarters (SAP HQ, East 9-101)
Mondays to Fridays from 16:30-18:30
work content: conducting seminars, creating seminar documents, supporting SAP management and programs, SAP orientations for new students, attend training sessions, open campus support.
2. English Concierge: Language Self Study Room (C402)
Mondays to Fridays from 13:30-17:30
work content: Informing visitors of the facilities available at the SAP, listening to the English needs of the visitors and providing suggestions for the learners to reach their English goals. creating seminar documents, supporting SAP management and programs, SAP orientations for new students, attend training sessions, presentation and writing support, open campus support.
3. Writing Support Desk (Library, 3rd floor)
Tuesdays and Fridays 14:15-18:15
work content: creating seminar documents supporting SAP management and programs, SAP orientations for new students attend training sessions.

If you would like to become one of the team to work in the SAP HQ (East 9-101), language Self-Study Room or writing help desk, you will need to fill in a recruitment request form. Send to Suwako an email requesting for this form indicating your request to work with us. Also, prepare the following documents and submit copies to Suwako.
-A Japanese CV.
-A copy of your Japanese bank account where you would like to be paid.
The information must include;Your name in KATAKANA. Your bank name, your bank account number.
-A copy of your residence card (For non-Japanese nationals only). Makes sure you copy both sides.
Documents should be provided to Suwako in person (E1-803) or by email in pdf format to uehara.suwako@uec.ac.jp
